Foxy Tea
Do you know where your tea leaves come from? If you’re drinking Foxy Tea, then founder Alyse VanRamele can tell you. The plants that are dried and used as tea leaves are either grown or foraged in Diamond Valley, Alta., where The Wild Stuff is based. Foxy Tea is a combination of wild-foraged rose petals, red clover, stinging nettle, cinnamon and hibiscus. With vitamins A, C and K, and loaded with antioxidants, this delicious tea provides a healthy boost, as well as a delicious well-rounded flavour — not too acidic or tart, and perfectly smooth. “I really wanted to encompass everything about spring and how I felt when the first blooms came,” says VanRamele, who was inspired in part to create this tea because of the Alberta Wild Rose. “Everything is so vibrant and healthy and playful. I wanted to capture that in a tea.”
