Métis Beadwork

By Rose & Clover Beadwork | Made in Rocky View County

Lena McFaul blends contemporary and modern concepts, like earrings inspired by the characters of the hit TV show Sailor Moon, with the traditional practice of beading to create vibrant and eclectic designs for everyone. McFaul’s creations are intentional and highlight self-expression and identity. Métis Beadwork products feature a variety of glass beads and caribou or moose hides that have been traditionally tanned as well as modern materials like Ultrasuede or leatherette. All of the earrings are nickel free, and even though McFaul only started beading in August of 2021, the self-taught artist already has a waitlist for Rose & Clover’s Sailor Moon-inspired earrings.
