Smudge Candle

The Smudge Candle by Land of Daughters was designed to be an authentic alternative to burning real smudge bundles for those who want to cleanse their homes and spaces but might not be able to with a smudge bundle, say if they have asthma, for example. Founder Paige Olson has only been producing the Smudge Candle since 2021, but you might recognize the brand and packaging from other Land of Daughter candles and sprays that have been around since 2018 when the company started. Like all Land of Daughters candles, the Smudge Candle is made from coconut and soy wax and comes in an 8-ounce or 16-ounce clear glass jar. The scent profile is described as herbal and sage—fitting for the light green label—and is burned from lead-free cotton wicks with premium phthalate and paraben-free fragrance oils and can burn for up to 50 hours. The Smudge Candle can be purchased online or at retailers across the province.
