Happily, the company also sells its beef to consumers, including Top Grass burgers, which are made from grass-fed, grass-finished beef without the use of added hormones or antibiotics, from cattle raised on free-range pastures. The burgers may be frozen, but they’re free from preservatives and are made of easy-to-understand ingredients, including beef, water, mustard, sea salt, cracked black pepper and rosemary extract.
